1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the goodjl platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies incorporated by reference herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the goodjl platform and any associated services. Continued use of the platform following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

1.1 Agreement Modifications

goodjl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the goodjl website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes to these Terms & Conditions, particularly those affecting account balances, wagering requirements, or withdrawal policies, will be communicated via email notification to your registered email address and prominently displayed on the goodjl platform. You will have fourteen (14) days from notification to review the changes and, if you do not agree, close your account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of goodjl gaming services is subject to strict eligibility requirements mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• Age Requirement: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. goodjl employs age verification procedures during account registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts created by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Jurisdiction: You are physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines when accessing goodjl services. goodjl employs geolocation technology to verify player location. Access from jurisdictions outside the Philippines is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You are not accessing goodjl services from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and any jurisdiction listed in our Restricted Territories policy.
• Personal Use: You are registering and using goodjl services for your own personal recreational use only, not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial, professional, or business purposes.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one (1) active account on the goodjl platform. Multiple accounts created by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Financial Capacity: You are using funds that are legally your own and not derived from illegal activities. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are financially able to afford any losses incurred.

2.1 Verification Requirements

goodjl is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity, age, and address of all players. During the registration process and before processing withdrawals, we may request documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or SSS ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds. goodjl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access goodjl gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Account Information Requirements

During registration, you must provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address that you have exclusive access to
• Mobile phone number registered in your name within the Philippines
• Date of birth proving you are at least 21 years of age
• Complete residential address within the Philippines
• Preferred account currency (PHP only)
• Username and secure password

All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your goodjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any other security information. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify goodjl if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Ensure that you fully log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing goodjl from shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by goodjl

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. goodjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials, except where such unauthorized use results from goodjl's negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Sharing account credentials or accessing another person's account
• Using automated systems, bots, or third-party software to access or interact with the goodjl platform
• Manipulating, interfering with, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the goodjl system
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or other fraudulent betting practices
• Using the goodjl platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the goodjl system for personal gain

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

goodjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through approved payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the terms set forth in this section.

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their goodjl accounts using the following approved payment methods:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• Philippine domestic bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet
• Online banking (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank)
• Over-the-counter deposits at authorized payment centers

Minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Verified accounts may be eligible for increased deposit limits. goodjl does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet and online banking methods. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within 1 hour, while PESONet transfers may take up to 24 hours. Over-the-counter deposits are credited within 2-4 hours after confirmation from the payment center.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account must be fully verified with all KYC documents approved
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction is PHP 50,000 for standard accounts
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your name
• Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met

goodjl processes withdrawal requests within 1-4 hours for e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and within 24 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during weekends, Philippine holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. Withdrawals may be delayed for additional security or verification checks at goodjl's discretion.

goodjl reserves the right to limit the number of withdrawals per player to a maximum of three (3) withdrawals per 24-hour period and ten (10) withdrawals per calendar month. Excessive withdrawal requests may be combined into a single transaction.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

goodjl is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions or patterns will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Betting Rules and Game Regulations

All bets placed on the goodjl platform are subject to the specific rules of each game, sport, or betting market. You acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable game rules.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Acceptance of Bets: All bets are subject to acceptance by goodjl. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of betting limits.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not valid until confirmed by the goodjl system and a unique bet ID is issued. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before the relevant event commences.
• Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official results as determined by goodjl. In the event of disputes, the decision of goodjl management, based on official sources and game provider records, is final.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in cases of obvious errors (incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical malfunctions). In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account.
• Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any bets placed before the disconnection will be settled according to standard rules. For casino games, disconnections during a game round will result in the round being completed automatically according to the game's default rules.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on goodjl are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game.

5.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting is governed by specific rules for each sport and market type. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets are settled according to our Sports Betting Rules available in the Help section. Dead heat rules, Asian handicap rules, and specific market rules apply as disclosed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

goodjl offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

6.1 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are granted at goodjl's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and must be met before withdrawal
• Minimum odds, maximum bet limits, and game restrictions may apply
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings

8. Account Closure and Suspension

goodjl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Reasons for account closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Underage gambling
• Multiple account creation
• Fraudulent betting practices or collusion
• Abusive behavior toward goodjl staff or other players
• Money laundering or other illegal activities

Upon account closure, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to goodjl. Winnings obtained through breach of these terms will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, goodjl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

goodjl is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the goodjl platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, images, video, and trademarks, is the property of goodjl Gaming Philippines, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of goodjl services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact goodjl customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to goodjl management.
